Mary Keller – Owner
Mary has 35 years of experience working with all types of pets! Mary has been to many pet industry conferences covering: fire, safety, emergency preparedness, first aid, CPR, vaccines, feline aids, feline leukemia, and much more! She has a heart of gold for all the pets in her care. She is constantly keeping up with continued education in the pet care field. She is available by appointment if you are having pet related issues. She has attended a wide variety of grooming seminars covering: grooming safety, seniors pets, creative design and much more. She has rescued a wide variety of animals, shown dogs, has volunteered with her therapy dogs visiting children with severe disabilities and nursing homes. She has trained dogs in conformation, therapy, packing and obedience (positive reinforcement). She has experience with: dogs, cats, birds, chinchillas, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs and even some reptiles. She has one daughter, two chickens and two toy Poodles that she adores!
Crystal Osea – Groomer
Crystal has 25 years of experience in Grooming. She attended the International Dog Grooming Academy in Atlanta, GA. She has been to many pet industry conferences. She is trained in first aid and CPR. She grooms all breeds of dogs, and can even groom guinea pigs! She trained and experienced in hand scissoring and will groom your pet to your specifications! She will not only make your pet look good, he/she will feel good after being pampered in the spa and will confidently prance out the door. She has many years’ experience grooming: many breeds of dogs, rescue dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs and working dogs. She has a vast experience working with: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, chinchillas, turtles and guinea pigs. She has shown dogs, trained for conformation and obedience, and rescued a wide variety of animals. She is married and they have three children, one French Bulldog named Mabel, and a few chickens. Her daughter Emerie, our Bather, also has three cats.
Emerie – Bather
Emerie is a young, spunky, Charleston native. She was born and raised at Charleston Pet Resort and lives on site with her mother, father, two siblings and all their pets. She bathes dogs during the summer and on weekends. She also does nightly rounds with her mother. She rescued her cats as kittens and they’ve all been born on site! Their names are: Ming Ming, Slips and Peanut Butter.
Shay – Pet Care Technician/Shift Lead
Shay loves all pets! From a young age she has worked with feral cats and horses. She has eight years of experience with exotics and small animals. She has worked with us for three years! You will see her a lot in the main building. She is patient and dedicated to the pets that come here! Shay is our main person for taking pictures! She knows how to get a picture of their “good side”! Look on Facebook for some of her picture taking skills! She has a ferret named Snow and a cat named Baker.
Alyssa – Pet Care Technician/Shift Lead
Alyssa loves all pets! She has 5 years of experience working with pets! Alyssa is soft spoken and is very good with scared or rescued pets. Alyssa loves spending time with the pets in the play-yard and walking the dogs that are boarding here. She gives room service to each pet. She also, takes pictures of the pets and post them on our Facebook page. She has a pit bull named Chance.
Ava – Pet Care Technician
She is soft spoken excellent with shy dogs. She is great with cleaning and room service with the pets! She has worked here a year. She has a hairless cat named Leo and a pit bull named Brooks
Jadyn – Pet Care Technician
She has 1 year of professional experience working with pets. She is out going and energetic. She is a military wife and has two cats named Pesto & Salem and a pit mix, named Millie.
Tatiana – Reservationist
She is the person you will most likely talk to when you call us. She is happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to boarding or grooming appointments. She loves to give treats to the pets! She is also very loving toward the pets and sits with them and loves on them everyday! She is very gentle and soft spoken, which the pets love! She also loves the little ones. She is hoping one day to adopt a small toy poodle!
