We do maintain a waiting list, if your plans
change, please call to cancel your reservations so someone else can
stay with us.
Pets picked up before or after hours will be
charged a $40.00 late fee. Early and late pick-ups must be
pre-arranged.
Pets picked up on Sunday will be charged
for the day.
Holiday Policy
Charleston Pet Resort is happy to accept holiday reservations in
advance. We are now requiring a deposit equal to three (3) days
worth of stay due two
weeks
before your pet's stay. You may make your deposit with a check or
credit card. If you are making your reservations more than two
months or less than two weeks in advance, we can only accept credit
card deposits. We are happy to return your deposit if you cancel
more than one week before your pets stay.
