- The Data Conversion used to transfer all of your and your pets information did not transfer over correctly. Therefore, when logging in to your customer portal for the first time you may notice the wrong breed or species for your pet, wrong vet, wrong color, etc… We are working daily on getting all records updated correctly in the system. In the meantime, if you do login and notice something is incorrect, feel free to correct it and add all the necessary changes! We appreciate your support, and help with this process as we finalize the switch to Gingr, our new software!

Pets picked up before or after hours will be charged a $40.00 late fee. Early and late pick-ups must be pre-arranged.
Pets picked up on Sunday will be charged for the day.
We provide the following for our cats & dogs: Beds, Blankets/Bedding, Toys and Food & Water Dishes.
You Provide: Food, Treats (we have Gourmet Treats available to purchase here), Medications (if any, and whatever you use with them eg: pill pockets, hotdogs, peanut butter, etc…)!
If you are boarding an exotic pet, we ask that you bring their home as well as all necessary supplies with them (food, treats, vitamins, heat lamps or rocks, bedding, etc…)!
Charleston Pet Resort & Spa is happy to accept holiday reservations in advance. We require a credit card number to hold your holiday reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel without 72 hour (3 days) notice. If cancelled with less than 3 days notice, your credit card will be charged a 3 night stay.
